A zhng-ed version of lo mai gai. Moist filling. It's nearly a meal itself.
Probably the worst one I've eaten. The youtiao makes or breaks this dish, because it provides the contrast with the soft and simple ccf. But when the youtiao wasn't crispy it's fatal. They also gave so little sauce.
Their sauce did not hold back, and I love it.
Flawless.
