I got The Chairman! Really slow roasted char siu pork belly with iceberg, spring onion, mint and sesame aioli with Szechuan pepper salt. So so so tender and good.
We also had a Slow Roast Quince and Burnt Butter Tart 😌
@zeboy had the Beggbie which was Free range fried egg, grilled bacon, roast beetroot, roquette + apple aioli. Yum town!
