Bonjour Ma Cuisine

Brunch in (Parisian) style this weekday at @bonjour_macuisine! Open Monday to Friday from 8am to 2.30pm, Bonjour Ma Cuisine has quite an extensive menu but a must-order is definitely their Croque Madame Truffle ($28.80). The crispy hot, ham and cheese stuffed bangin’ sandwich was incredibly moreish with the added layer of earthy truffle paste. Wonderfully seasoned. So indulgent, the luscious yolk from the perfectly oozy sunny-side-up egg on top made things even better. Not too greasy overall but a tad cloying towards the end. The best part for me is how they prepared the toast; I love how they made it thin and crunchy
