I may not have gotten my hands on the viral Pistachio Custard Danish from Hong Kong the other time but Breaditation Bakery's Pistachio Danish ($7.20) was a yummy find. Psst, they are located right next to Swee Choon.
Look at that rich pistachio filling - perfectly shiok for pistachio lovers! Love the crunched nuts added on the top. A tad pricey but in this economy, it is no surprise~ I think the lamination of the pastry is decent; not my favourite and could definitely be more flakey. It is worth a try and they are giving out free mini croissants as part of their promotion~
