Chang Ji BBQ is located right beside the extremely popular claypot rice and by themselves are also streaming with customers so waiting time of about 30 mins is expected. They serve up various grilled seafood but the most popular is probably their Sambal Stingray served with cincalok sauce. Their sambal sauce is of a less pasty consistency and veered more towards the more sauce-like texture. The stingray was really well cooked through while still ensuring that the meat of the stingray was kept moist. I especially loved the charred edges of the skin as it added an extra crispy bite and smokiness to the dish. Overall decent dish very reasonably priced!
