Found this savory bowl of noodles right above the apple service centre in Changi city point. The meepok was so tangy with the excess vinegar and chili along with those handmade fishballs were something that I desired badly since school started!
I've always loved Thunder Tea Rice (ζθΆι₯), this was the first time trying the bee hoon (vermicelli) version. Still tasty, crunchy with lots of bite... think I still prefer the brown rice version though, better soaks up the tea-soup :)

The belly! The skin is crispy while the meat is soft and flavourful. The layers of fat won't make you feel sinful at all! Well, only while eating. After that you'll realise, "Oh! I need 2-hour cycle to burn those fats!" π
