Undeniably the sight of it will pique anyone’s interest, blue is a rather rare colour in food. Sooooo, it is actually a blend of blue algae, (I really doubt it has a distinct taste of its own) banana, pineapple, coconut water and yoghurt. Then topped with edible flowers, blueberries and housemade granola.

The coconut taste is quite pronounced in this. The consistency of the base similar to the acai base from project açaí but less icy. There is a light tinge of sourness from the pineapple. Loved the housemade granola, which is more like sesame brittle trail mix clusters, comprising of flax seeds, sunflower seeds, cashews, pecans and dried cranberries.

"Concrete Jungle" is about 7 weeks young that offers foods packed with antioxidants. 🔹🔹
Amazing "Blue Majik", a smoothie made from blue algae, similar to spirulina, garnished with granolas, blueberries and coconut flakes. Real smooth and creamy with tangy and crunchy finish. Served chilled. A superfood indeed. And the vibrant blue was just stunning.

If you are ever in Sydney, I recommend to try at least once. Thank you, the owner (sorry we did not get your name) for the complimentary tea and coffee. Thank you, Thomas, for being so hospitable, warm and friendly.
