Ghetto style crab and salmon omelette, shellfish bisque, Wild lumpfish Black caviar, confit tomatoes, fine herbs, french croissant 🥐
**************************
The omelette was silky and well seasoned, great with the rich and flavorful shellfish bisque. More sauce please!! Would have preferred if the croissant was served opened up with the omelette sandwiched between. 😛
Buckwheat blini, citrus cured salmon, poached eggs, broccolini, chives, salmon caviar, maltaise sauce

Had one of my most unforgettable brunch here! I love love blinis! For some reason it’s not common at all. 🤔
Loved the thick, fluffy blini! Almost like hotcake. The cured salmon tasted delicate and refined with that touch of citrus. Loved how aesthetically pleasing the dish is to have the thinly sliced salmon gently wrapping the poached eggs. To top it off, the maltaise sauce (traditional hollandaise blends with blood orange juice) should be given credits for giving that sweet, citrusy ending
Brioche french toast, wild strawberry ice cream, vanilla mascarpone chantilly, strawberry curd, gold leaf, fresh and freeze dried strawberry.

Your snooze button is about to get a morning off because this amazing french Toast is enough to rouse the most determined sleepyheads. Everything was so on point, loved every components in this dish especially the strawberry curd!
With tapioca and polenta croquettes, yuzu dressing, compressed cucumber, fresh tomatoes wasabi mayonnaise, pickled beetroot and poached egg.
For the more adventurous, something different kind of brunch. This was an exciting dish to explore with the dimension of textures and flavors involved, which worked well together. Particularly enjoyed the croquettes, which is made up of less commonly used ingredients.
Filipino BBQ pulled pork on brioche toast, poached eggs, Asian herb hollandaise and wonton crisps.
Brunch never had it so good. Thick, fluffy brioche toast is the ideal base for this saucy, juicy pulled pork and perfectly poached eggs.
With smoked flake, pickled ginger, cucumber, radish, tare sauce, toast.
Well inspired from the commonly known savory Japanese pancake - okonomiyaki. Unique brunch item with an interesting combination of ingredients. Perfect finish with the nori and bonito flakes!
Brioche toast with coconut spread, mixed berry mascarpone, pistachio crumbs, banana and peanut butter caramel sauce.

Interesting Asian twist on a classic brunch staple with the use of kaya as the filling between the browned to perfection brioche toasts. The berries syrup and sweetened berries mascarpone also elevated the flavor profile of the delicious and decadent breakfast treat.
Not forgetting the peanut butter caramel sauce, which provided additional textures from the chopped peanuts and balanced off the sweetness with a subtle tinge of saltiness
House pastrami, saurkraut, Dijon and wild rocket on light rye.
No doubt the filling was generous, almost as though to make up for the lack of harmony between the components. Dijon came across mildly harsh on the palette here. This was disappointing. Lackluster
Slow cooked kurobuta pork belly tenderized in masterstock, crispy slaw on a pretzel roll.
Slightly thrown off by how salty the meat was. And the pretzel roll was cold, rather stale, flat dense. Just unimpressive.
Amazonian berries blended with banana served with fresh fruit & housemade muesli
Love the Açaí blend here, which hit the right notes on flavor and sweetness. Would have preferred it slightly more icy texture wise! And yes, not the most fancy but super generous portion😛
Avocado, bacon, tomato, Swiss cheese, spinach & basil pesto aioli on toasted Turkish bread.
Hearty breakfast with all the breakfast essentials. Love the use of Turkish bread here!
Bananas, bacon & maple syrup.
Generous stack of fluffy pancakes! Nothing special but great option for combination of sweet and savoury from the maple syrup and the bacon
