The noodle was served with a slice of signature pork cake, crispy pork lards, and crispy anchovies. The broth had 2 meatballs, sliced pig’s liver, sliced pork, minced pork, chopped cabbage, and crispy anchovies. The sliced pork was very tender and smooth. The pork cake was more like ham. Kind of too thin to be a cake.
