This heavenly dessert was served as part of the $10 3 course meal that we had. Yes!! I said it - $10 3 course meal. Topped with awesomely delicious pineapple glaze, it had a nice mix of natural sweet and sour. It was even more perfect with the smooth cream at the bottom. At the end of the meal, this dessert just puts a nice conclusion to our perfect meal.
This may look like your typical chicken cutlet on rice. And some of you who aren't really keen on having western rice and afraid of getting turned off by the buttery flavour, you can give this a shot! The rice is unbelievably lightly flavoured and the chicken cutlet was perfect! The batter is thin and crispy and the chicken was so juicy and fresh! Not oily if you health conscious people are wondering. And the special sauce poured over the cutlet just makes it more perfect. Unlike some places that serves coleslaw that's not as fresh or maybe too much onions, the coleslaw served just adds on to the perfection. Located inside Roadside Cafe at Singapore Shopping Centre.
Jumbo Seafood Paella, basically known as seafood platter spanish spiced rice. Topped with prawn, muscles and deep fried fish in batter. While the rice was lightly flavoured, the seafood topped onto the platter was unbelievably fresh. The fish was my favourite part of the dish because although it was fried, it wasn't oily. I was amazed! Another must try when you're at Dad's Corner. Located inside Roadside Cafe at Singapore Shopping Centre.
I would normally get turned off when I see creamy pasta on the menu but somehow, this dish kind of got me very curious so I took a chance and so glad I ordered it after all. The cream sauce was so light and it tasted so good! Now we know why it's called Sexy Creamy Pasta, yes? And the pasta tasted like it was handmade and very fresh and boiled just nice; not over or under cooked. The chicken toppings was also very generous, juicy and fresh! Now the price; Just $5!!!
