Loveeee love love Din Tai Fung’s Pork Cho Fried Rice! $13.80 is pretty pricy for just fried rice but it is soooo fragrant with the right amount of wok-hei, and comes with crispy and tender pork chop slices!!!! Definitely a must get when I’m dining in at Din Tai Fung😍👍🏻

Missing the legendary 𝗗𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗶 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗴 Egg Fried Rice topped with Pork Chop! Fried rice is fried fragrantly with generous servings of eggs, every mouthful is so flavourful! Pork chop is deep fried to golden brown, crispiness on the outside and juicy tender inside! Must order dish whenever we are back at 𝗗𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗶 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗴, super irresistible! Whenever we miss fried rice, DTF will come to our mind! ⠀

Dintaifung xiaolongbao ($8.50++ for 6)

Skin is thin and meat is substantial. Soup is also hot but could be saltier.. felt the soup didnt have much taste. But that being said, still one of the best xlb around in Singapore.

Mustard Veg And Minced Pork Noodles ($10.90++):
Noodles are well cooked and goes well with the condiments and ingredients which are rather well marinaded and fragrant.

💸Steamed Chilli Crab and Pork Bun (3pcs): $6
Conveniently located at a lot of malls, whenever we’re craving for some 蛋炒饭, Din Tai Fung seems to be the most accessible restaurant that we can get our cravings satisfied🤤🤤 We like to alternate between the fried rice with shrimp or with pork chop- depending on our “feels”for that day💃Our must order here would also be the famed 小笼包 with at least 18 delicate folds twirled to seal up the dumpling at the top🥢Coupled with some shredded ginger and vinegar, 小笼包 never fails🥰 We also decided to get their chilli crab steamed bun which we’ll probably not get it again- filling is quite little and taste wise pretty average😂 Din Tai Fung still remains as one of those restaurants we head to to get our xlb and fried rice fix🙌🏻

Each pc of pork was small and bite sized. Rather than crispy, it was hard outside. But the meat inside was not tough. Sauce was ok, could be more sour. Nice to pair with fried rice.
