Now I’ve had Fiorentina steak before when I was in Florence (granted, it was in a random restaurant) but this gigantic slab of meat was perfection! The crust was charred just right while beneath the surface it was the perfect medium rare. The meat wasn’t the soft, melt-in-you-mouth kinda beef that you might be used to, it had more of a bite yet was still extremely tender, feeling almost more manly if that makes sense. 😂

It also comes with four different sauces, all offering a unique flavour to pair with the beef (my favs being the salsa verde and mustard). Rueann and I were pretty stuffed by the time this came around, yet we still demolished this.😝Worth the splurge? Hell yea!


Here's the place to go if you like your food rustic and the ambience laidback. The highlight at this Italian steakhouse is the Bistecca Alla Fiorentina ($188), a giant 1.1kg slab of Australian wagyu cooked over a wood-fired grill. Flavoured simply with olive oil and salt, as is the Tuscan tradition, the beef features a deliciously smoky char, is extremely well marbled and offers great bite. You're unlikely to need much of them, but it's good to know that the steak comes with English and Dijon mustard, steak sauce and salsa verde on the side. The Fiorentina is good to share among two starving beef lovers, or among a modest party of three or four. Gather the family here for the next celebratory occasion.

The boyfriend reserved this place 2 weeks in advance for my birthday! We shared the florentine steak and creamy spinach sides. This is by far the best steak I've eaten in SG!! We ordered the steak medium rare and it was cooked to perfection! The service was impeccable too :)

Celebrating mother's day and my graduation from university life at Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse. Finally have more time to EAT and will be posting more pictures soon 🎉 This 1.1kg Bistecca alla Fiorentina Wagyu F1 T-bone was amazing. Probably the most tender steak I've eaten in my life.

😱 1 wk of detox required! Sharing portion for 2-3. Comes with black pepper and cheese sauce. But I like it au naturel with a sprinkle of salt.😋
