Pork sandwich with sunny side egg, salted mustard green and oriental plum jam with all sorts bagel.

Very nice sandwich with each layer being very distinct. The meat is very well seasoned and goes super well with the sunny side egg. The salted mustard green tasted a bit like preserved plum veggie, maybe because of the sauce as well, but somehow the taste just blends super well together.

Came on Sunday around 12.45pm and it's quite crowded but still managed to get a seat. They also have staff announcing and asking people to leave when done with food. Not really a place to hang out but can have the sandwich here then go over somewhere else for coffee.

For some reason Hog v2 isn't available today. But anyway the Siracha is pretty good too! The aioli sauce is amazing. Can't really taste the spiciness of Siracha though, would say it's not spicy at all!

Had HOG v2 with seasalt bagel for lunch today ($13.9). Pricey yet tasty and filling. The BBQ pork ribs with onion is juicy, and the bagel itself is chewy but still soft in texture. Seasalt doesn't add much flavour to the bagel but I think the filling itself is just right. Love it (other than the price)

These two men just know how to tease and please with their best in town bagels. Hello hog v2 and piglet. #foodporn #sgfoodies #tmbh #twomenbagelhouse #burpple

HogV2 (Pulled Pork, Purple Apple Slaw, Yellow Onions with BBQ sauce) with cheese bagel and Rodeo (Roasted Beef Slices, Sweet Onion Relish, Relish, Melted Cheese, Rocket Leaves) with multigrain bagels. I've not tried enough bagels in my life to know what is the best but these are clearly good enough for me.

(That's high praise!) So I recommend them to American friends who have bagel cravings ever since. Recently had the "Hog" - juicy roast pork belly shreds that still had some crispy bits, and the pineapple chutney was more sweet than tangy - could be mashed up or chopped into smaller pieces in my opinion. Had this with the olive bagel which was probably the best savoury pairing. I've always had the impression that bagels were tough to chew but the ones here totally changed that. #Burpple

4.5 munchies: Absolutely loved the generous serving of the slow roasted pork belly that melted in my mouth. When sandwiched in the fragrant black and white sesame bagel with fresh greens, sweet pineapple chutney and creamy mustard sauce, you get a combination of awesome textures and flavours.
Caution: It's gonna be messi-licious!

The owners has changed the presentation of the bagel so it will be easier for the customer to enjoy their bagels.
