Eggs Benedict Brooklyn Style

meh….. brioche was dry and too thick 😕 one of the worst eggs benedict i’ve had plus this place is way too inaccessible

We came for the Burpple Beyond 1-for-1 deals and ordered a Egg’s Ben Brooklyn style for me and the husband got the brekkie of champions. The portion size is pretty large but we were able to finish. The Brioche is a nice touch but tends to get soggy mid-meal. Overall the breakfast was pretty good but nothing particularly special about it. Good deal with Burpple Beyond

the pulled beef was too rich and overwhelming, always getting stuck in the tooth. The salmon portion was generous and the eggs were really runny and good. One problem is that the combination of the large portion of salmon and egg makes the dish too rich and overwhelming. It also made the dish a tad too salty.

Nothing screams brunch like Benedicts! We got a set of each Benedict - Brooklyn and Rodyk. Sounds like a pair of brothers 😂 Rodyk comes with stewed beef - great for those who wants a stronger element of animal protein with their sunnies. Brooklyn comes with smoked salmon, in the good ol’ traditional way. A pity there wasn’t an option with prosciutto! Also, a special shout out to their mocha chai! Love the hint of chai that comes along with each sip!

Toby's Estate's food is really pretty amazing, with fresh brioche bread and ingredients that make the breakfast pretty wholesome. The Eggs Benedict Brooklyn Style ($21.50) has good stewed beef that is tender and flavourful. The Brekkie of Champions has a good variety of ingredients and all were very well done. Best is probably the tomatoes, as it was super juicy. We tried the coffee here as well, but sadly they really weren't good 😥

3.75⭐ The Egg Benedict's taste better than the Brekkie Champion which I had last year. I choose salmon while WB had stew beef. The portion are huge. I wouldn't mind dining here if I'm nearby since there's 1 for 1 but wouldn't purposely come here for their breakfast.

Came for brunch and really enjoyed the vibes of this place! At the Robertson Quay, and there was quite a crowd during the weekend, but we managed to get a table quite quickly. I had the eggs benedict -brooklyn style with stew beef which was delicious! ($20) and my hb had the Brekkie of Champions($25) The portions were pretty decent especially when we used entertainer which had 1 for 1!

Food was good though portions were small. Wouldn’t pay $20 for this without the entertainer 1-for-1. But if not, the ambience and service is really nice and quaint! Food is simple and done pretty decent, but nothing super special. Would go back to try their burgers, which look really good! Good coffee too!
