This is a pretty special rava thosai, an extra âholeyâ one thatâs crisp and dark on one side, firm and light on the other. Theyâve got the flavours exactly right, with the tangy fermentation going on. Especially good when dipped into Rathaâs famous fish curry â youâll probably need an extra serving of this.
