Everything on the menu is worth trying! Visited this gem 3 times a month just to tryout everything. Good for sharing so do order more ☺️ But if you really had to choose, go for the stone grilled sirloin, mackerel and escargot pizza

Beef sirloin is a type of yakitori, grilled over binchotan, a charcoal that burns on a low heat ensuring the meat is cooked slowly.

The beef sirloin was cooked on a slow burning charcoal, simply infused with salt. The meat was pink on the inside, tender to the bite, with a nice crisp on the surface. The flavour of the beef was preserved well, which is hard to attain on a grill. A definite must try.

A new restaurant that opened in the ttdi neighbourhood serving up some good Japas ( Japanese tapas ). My favourite will be this beef sirloin skewer, minimal seasoning and grilled to perfection. It's very tender and juicy.

Best paired with some beer for happy hour 😅
