Maybe it just wasn't my day. The skin of the dumpling was dry. When I bit into it, there was very little soup in it.
Bright side: The fillings inside were quite flavourful and the meat was tender.

Pork chop egg fried rice! Simply awesome, the rice is nice. Coated nicely wit the egg. The pork chop is really juicy and chewy. Soft and tender! Xiao long bao is a boom. Love the soup in it. Eat it wit vinegar & Ginger slice. Yum!
Great try! It has added special flavour to the xiao long bao which blend very well with the meat. Definitely worth a try. But the price is not cheap, RM7.80 per pcs.
