Kinda like a fritter but China does it like a pie, so pie lor. Much better than I expected. I thought it would be the plainness of potato, but it was more like a giant hash brown.
I'm so drawn to PRC snacks and I'm glad Hougang One has a shop. One of the big and cheap snacks because it's just deep-fried bread haha.
It is what it is. So-so lor.
