first time seeing satay beehoon at EAT.! i actually really really liked the sauce, and the cockles didn’t taste bad

Tot it was pricey but this was v good so it justifies the price. Beehoon had a good bite, very uncharacteristic of laksa which I really enjoyed. The soup was full of depth, sweetness, and heat which slowly grows on you. Hate to admit it but one of the best bowls I've had
Sambal was mixed w vinegar, didn't really like it as it lacked profile and umami. It's stil decent overall.
Pass on the meatballs, it's not that good. Doesn't really taste like meat lol, possibly(sth I learnt from pursuit of happiness) too much floor?
Delicious minced meat noodle , good with chilli 😋😋😊😊they sell alot of side dish like fish ball , fried tofu and nyong hiang 👍
Ingredients cooked pretty well, esp the kinda crunchy cuttlefish. Satay sauce was on the sweeter side, not my thing but otherwise it's a solid bowl, esp at this price in a shopping mall
Simple comfort food to me will be the dry mee kia with lots of vinegar. Love the springy texture of the noodles. A pity that the portion is pretty small and will usually have the fishball/fish cake as add-ons.
