Newly opened at Timbre+! “The Japanese Alley” at unit 22. So happy that they are nearby as we are big fans of Japanese food (they even have a sushi takeaway box). We ordered this spicy tonkotsu ramen (they have shio & miso and we go for miso based broth. The Cha Shu slice is thick and soft with good proportion of fat and pork meat.
