Popular dim sum restaurant chain, Tim Ho Wan, has unveiled a new seasonal menu showcasing timeless classics with a modern twist. A total of 5 new dishes will be part of this fusion of flavours menu, combining time-honoured recipes with modern techniques. The Wasabi Mayo Mango Shrimp Fritters are bursting with sweetness and balanced with the fiery sweetness from the wasabi-flavoured cream, while the Minced Pork & Curry Chicken Fried Glutinous Dumpling come with two types of fillings. There are also the Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin Rice with Egg, Crabmeat & Shrimp Wonton with Dry HK Egg Noodles that has been tossed in lard oil, and the Original Egg White Spring Roll that is making a nostalgic comeback from years ago.
