Here is the Mixed Pao Fan, which consists of ingredients like seafood (prawns, clams & mixed Fish), bittergourd, fried egg floss & sprinkles of fried rice puffs. The broth here wasn’t the super ‘gao’ kind that I was initially expecting, but rather a lighter but still really flavourful kind of broth that I really enjoyed! The seafood were also really fresh and went really well with the tangy Thai chilli sauce!
