A striking resemblance to a magnum on stick, apart from its colour (and of course quality). Uji matcha flavoured ice cream adorned with a crisp, crackly matcha chocolate ganache, I was pleasantly surprised by the distinctive earthy note that also came with a characteristic bitter undertone. Though the texture could have been smoother and less icy, the flavours were on point, with a pleasant crunch factor from the matcha chocolate ganache as well .
