One of their best-sellers is their radish cake for Chinese New Year and this year, you can order the Radish Cake with Conpoy and Preserved Meat ($65) via the link below. The cake mixture consisting of white radish, rice flour and glutinous flour has been mixed in with Chinese sausage, waxed meat, dried scallop, dried prawn and Chinese mushroom. You can either steam it for a fuss free comforting meal or pan-fried it to give it a nice crispy edge. I very much preferred the latter option, and will give it a good drizzle of sweet soya sauce and chilli sauce.
