These Colombian empanadas were stuffed with shredded slow cooked beef, which could have done with a lot more salt as it was quite bland. The empanadas is made of corn puff pastry and essentially tastes like a Malay-style curry puff. Could imagine this being nice if not for the lack of seasoning! Hopefully they can improve on it.
