Ivan's Carbina within a coffeeshop located under a multi-storey carpark cam be easily missed, but its menu offers a variety rarely seen in foodcourt western stalls such as Rosti like this one. A large Rosti nicely seasoned in salt is crispy on the exterior, while the sour cream mediates the starchiness being light and refreshing.
