Dreaming about this angel hair pasta, one of the signature starter at Portico. Delicate pasta mixed with kawa ebi shrimps, it accented by accents of avruga caviar and a sprinkle of ito togarashi (Japanese pepper) on top. Clearly one wasn't enough as we devour it and order another.
