⁣⁣Apple pie pastry with rum and raisin icecream topped with crispy maple bacon. Warm pastry and cold icecream..what a perfect combination! Crunch from bacon and pie pastry added great texture contrasts to the dish. Really loved it but it is quite sweet so I would recommend sharing it.
