Extremely impressed by the amazing texture and done-ness of the salmon!!! Smoother (than usual) chunks of salmon meat from this well grilled salmon head yumz at 11$+ I'm sold! Paired this with an order of their handmade cold soba, the refreshing noodles had differing thickness to substantiate the handmade claim!
