Although this stall is housed in a nondescript coffeeshop along Toa Payoh Lorong 7, it sticks out like a sore thumb thanks to the snaking queue that peeks out. Chef Neo, of Les Amis fame, serves a wet style of Hokkien Mee (from $4) that sees noodles simmered in a flavorful broth with generous portions of shrimp, sotong and pork belly. Pro-tip: Come by early to avoid the crowd — it opens daily from 10am till 2pm.
