1-for-1 with #burpplebeyond!

The most beautifully presented dish of the night. Closest item we could get to salad cream with prawns, but a fruity version. Prawns were plump, juicy and fresh, coated with a creamy passionfruit sauce. Served along with watermelon cubes and chia seeds, with deep-fried beehoon. Decent taste except that watermelon with a creamy sauce was a little weird.
