During this media tasting, we were brought along a specially curated menu that showcases the wide repertoire of the restaurant. From the starters of the Steak Tartare ($28) and Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, it slowly transitions to the main highlight of the night before rounding it off with desserts.

Going to a steakhouse, you cannot not order their steaks and for the main course, we were treated to the USDA Prime Rib Eye ($78 for 12 ounce) where it’s firstly lightly seasoned with sea salt before going into the 980 degrees Celsius Southbend broilers for the perfect medium-rare doneness. Served with four homemade sauces of Red Wine Madeira, Au Jus, Peppercorn and Mushroom, you can have a different mouthful of flavours from each bite.

For an alternative piece of meat, you can also order from a list of seafood dishes and what impressed us was the Pan Seared Barramundi ($50) that’s served on top of lyonnaise potatoes over a bed of reduced tomato sauce made with olive and capers. Squeeze in some Tahitian lime for that additional zing to bring the entire dish to life.
