Traversing the land and sea, Sky22’s Surf & Turf Buffet delivers the best of both worlds. From 13 September till 10 November 2019, the spread is one for the protein lovers!

Having tried their previous seasonal line-ups, this was certainly the best one yet. Zooming in on the Meat and Seafood Live Station, I am all for their Roast Australian Grass-fed Beef Sirloin with Natural Jus. Tenderized with our familiar Tiger Beer, the slices were pretty in pink with an awesome hint of charred goodness at the skin. Not too lean, the beef locked in much moisture as well as provided a nice balance of sweetness and savouriness - the taste of the beer did not overpower but instead enhance the distinct flavours of the meat.
