So happy when we were looking for a dessert spot near Boat Quay after dinner and I had brain capacity to recall Tsujiri’s Central outlet. Pang of nostalgia hit when I remember having Tsujiri so frequently with my BFF in our school uniforms when the first matcha craze at least 8 years back with Tsujiri being a pioneer. My BFF was a matcha-holic so I had to oblige her cravings requests.

While I am no matcha fan, the desserts are just as good as I remembered but have seen so much competition to the likes of Hvala, matchaya etc. Upon chatting with the service crew, it is sad to learn that this is their last standing outlet.

I hope this outlet survives for more than a decade, the quality ingredients used in our parfait and not too sweet black tea chocolate cake are absolutely worth repeated patronage!
