Each bowl comes with a portion of rice noodles, pickled carrot and papaya, marinated beef, fried shallots and peanuts over a nuoc cham sauce that is made from fish sauce, sugar, lime juice and water. It might not necessarily be a salad per say and more of a noodle dish, but the salad reference comes from mixing all the ingredients well to create a myriad of flavours with profiles of sweet, sour and savoury.
