Heard so much about this place and was glad to have the chance to finally try the dishes. It was truly a memorable dinner! We had the Fresh Italian Burrata Cheese - light, smooth and savoury with a touch of vinegar and basil.

For the mains, we went with the Full-Blood Wagyu Denver. Cooked to an almost melty texture with an even distribution of fats. Next was the Auskobe Wagyu Deckle, similarly very juicy but slightly less fatty than the previous. And of course who can forget about dessert! Their Basque Burnt Cheesecake was truly unique! Every mouthful was enjoyable and it wasn't cloying at all. Even contemplated another dessert but decided against it :p Would definitely be back again to try their other cuts and sides :)
