This hidden gem has a wide range of Rebel sandwiches offering the traditional fillings and modern interpretations with trendy ingredients such as plant-based solutions. Being the first time that we are there, we decided to go with the safer options of The Original Rebel ($6.90) and The Trad ($6.90), the latter is something that you can get off the streets in Vietnam with a toasted baguette stuffed with chicken cha lua, chicken ham, pate, tangy Asian slaw, fresh coriander with a squeeze of mayonnaise and the Rebel sauce. Hearty portion with a wallet-friendly price point in Orchard is definitely something that many can consider if they do not wish to break the bank eating in that area.
