Clearly I should be quipped as an amateur at Chinese food for I’ve not ventured further than food court Mala stir fry till this meal.
It was a first for the baby lobsters doused in Mala stir fry and the standard Chinese condiments of spring onions dried chillies etc.
Also a first timer at the fried pork intestines; its typically acquired taste from pig organs come through prominently as I liked it.
Both these dishes proved to be excellent food to pair along a nice, gassy chilled glass of beer.
