The pig trotters rice was very nice. The braised meat was very tender and the skin was just slightly chewy which made it more enjoyable. The braise sauce made the rice more moist and tasty. The large intestine mee sua was normal although the intestines did not have any funky after taste meaning it was well cleaned. Will return just for the rice in future.
