Not to be outdone, Street 50 has also launched their own variation of salted egg yolk dishes, not one but two of them. One of it is the deep fried Soft Shell Crab with Salted Egg Dip ($7.90). What truly stood out was the inclusion of curry leaves and chilli padi into the salted egg yolk dip which makes it better than many others. However, it could be watered down slightly and have a smoother texture as the one that we got was way too thick.
