My dad’s favourite ramen joint in Singapore does great sides to pair with Japanese booze; the gyozas’ here have consistently thin dumpling skin and tender minced meat that could only be achieved through a machine’s precision I thought. I also tried the takoyaki for the first time and liked the tasty grilled batter a lot.
