The other creations include the Burrata Pugliese, Capesante Scottate, which are seared sea scallops paired with green peas and almond condiment, Lattuga Marinata of marinated romaine lettuce with poached lobster and the Carre Di Agnello Alla Griglia of charcoal grilled Australian lamb racks carved tableside. Complete the meal with the refreshing and tangy Limone Di Amalfi that comes with a mint sorbet.
