These golden brown polish dumplings were truly a darling! I welcomed the earthy aroma of the thick truffle potato in combination with the sweet caramelized onion. Savoriness kicks in from the crunchy smoked bacon and cheddar cheese. Dipping in the smooth sriracha sauce was enjoyable, as the slight spiciness gets coated on the really crispy dumpling skin! But I gotta admit that I was a little disappointed when I first bit into the dumpling and it felt somewhat hollow. Would have been better with more filling!
