Tocino is a sweet bacon-y cured meat. A lot more sweet than your usual bacon tho, there's resemblance to bawkkwa also in terms of flavour but the spices are abit different

Texture wise it's what you would expect of cured meat, there's bite but it's somewhat soft as well, tho not consistently. the fats were pretty good too. Worth a try

The sauce drizzled over the rice is from the sarciadong (tomato egg sauce served with milkfish). It's got a nice amount of savouriness, I was quite surprised at how good it was

The bitterguord was very average tho, could have been fried more

Their soup is consistently spectacular, I learnt that it's their bulalo soup. No wonder it's so good
