Souvlaki in Greek means small pieces of meat or vegetables grilled on a skewer, as this is certainly the highlight of the menu. Out of the several souvlaki grain bowls, my favourites are the Roasted Barramundi ($12.90) and Flame Grilled Steak ($13.90). The latter is a bowl filled with all-things-good such as dill-marinated barramundi fillets, quinoa, mixed greens, roasted broccoli and cauliflower with Greek vinaigrette and homemade Parmigianino sauce while the former is a treat for meat lovers who still want to mix their diet with all the superfoods. Each grain bowl is specially designed to match each ingredient in order to balance the flavour, with the roast beef bowl paired with the tangy Greek vinaigrette, tzatziki and wholesome hummus on a base of brown rice, mixed greens and roasted vegetables.
