Pleasant tasting cocktail that was light and sweet. Gin taste was much more apparent here compared to Coolie’s Choice. Overall a burst of citrus notes especially with the yuzu juice, but the sweetness from the honeycomb helped to balance the acidity. Just like the Oolong tea in Coolie’s choice, the chrysanthemum tea didn’t seem apparent to me at all. Would definitely have loved to see how this cocktail could have been elevated with a stronger taste of chrysanthemum.
