This dish is a must order for us whenever we dine at Beng Hiang but apart from this dish, we have been first hand observers of the decline of this Hokkien cuisine institution. The oysters are plump and fresh, while the dish was crispy yet light. Could do with more eggs though. But the Chilli that was drizzled over the dish added oomph to it. Let's hope this dish remains to be as tasty.
