It’s feasting time in old school Hokkien-style @ Beng Hiang Restaurant. One of their ⭐️ dishes has got to be the oyster omelette which is incredibly light and crispy. It is so good that we can’t stop munching on it. Another of their ⭐️ dish is the fish maw thick soup with crab meat. This delicious & hearty soup loads with large chunks of fish maw and crab meat as well as a raw egg [YUM!]. Stir in the raw egg and drizzle some black vinegar for an extra oomph!
