We had to Google what chittara was before ordering and turns out it's a pasta type with a square cross section (instead of spaghetti which is round). We were expecting this to be a mentaiko-cream pasta which is quite common nowadays and were surprised that pure mentaiko is actually served separately by the side. The pasta was Al dente, but perhaps cos it was thicker, it tasted a bit floury. We loved the cream as it was creamy yet not overpowering the mentaiko. The serving size is not big though, probably good enough for a light meal! Priced at $17.50
