Haven’t had Pork Pho before nor have I been to Vietnam, but this bowl was super comforting and satisfying! Think there may be quite a bit of msg in there but I didn’t mind slurping the flavourful broth down. The rice noodles were smooth and soaked up the flavour thoroughly. Would have loved the pork slices to be more tender and less dry but it came in a generous portion.

Also got a bite of my friend’s Banh Mih - Co Hai Baguette ($10) and you’d be happy to know they make theirs in-house - we witnessed the whole baking process!
